What Happens If I Miss a Swimming Lesson?

We understand that sometimes you may be unable to attend your regular swimming lesson. To help you stay on track with your swimming, eligible missed lessons can be made up through our make-up lesson system.

✅ Can I Get a Make-Up Lesson?

Yes! If you are unable to attend a lesson, you can receive a make-up lesson token by cancelling your booking at least 8 hours before the lesson start time.

If you do not inform us of your absence or fail to sign out at least 8 hours before the lesson start time, you will not receive a make-up token. 

💻 How Do I Receive a Make-Up Lesson?

To generate a make-up token:

1. Log in to the Online Client Portal.
2. Cancel the lesson at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.
3. A make-up token will be automatically applied to your account.

⏰ Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the lesson start time are not eligible for a make-up token.

🏊 How Do I Book a Make-Up Lesson?

Once a make-up lesson credit has been issued, you can book an available make-up class through the Online Client Portal.

Make-up lessons can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

You can filter for the relevant level to save time. You can select more than one level if you are looking for make-up classes for multiple swimmers at once.

⏳ When Do Make-Up Lessons Expire?

Make-up lesson credits are valid for one month from the date of the missed lesson.

We recommend booking your make-up lesson as early as possible to avoid missing the expiry date.

You can view all of your make-up tokens through the Client Portal, and the correlating expiry dates. Make-up tokens that have expired or been used will also appear here.
