If the swimmer has been enrolled in a class that is not the right fit for their swimming ability, don't worry. We can help find a more suitable class to ensure they are learning comfortably and progressing at the appropriate level.
â
Can We Change Classes?Yes. If the swimmer is booked into a class that is not suited to their skill level, age, or confidence in the water, we can assist with transferring them to a more appropriate class.
đ How Do I Request a Class Change? If you believe you or your child is in the wrong class, you can:
Speak with your Pool Deck Supervisor during your lesson visit, or
Contact our team via email at aquatics@northcoteaquaticreccentre.com.au
Our team will review the swimmer's placement and help arrange an alternative class where available.
đ What Happens Next?Once we have assessed the swimmer's needs, we will:
â
Confirm the most suitable class level
â
Discuss available class options with you
â
Arrange a transfer to a more appropriate class where possible
Our goal is to ensure every swimmer is placed in a class where they feel confident, supported, and able to progress.
