Unlike traditional swim programs that operate in school terms, Swim Bright is a year-round program designed to provide consistent swimming and water safety education throughout the year.
🏊 Does Swim Bright Run in Terms?No. The Swim Bright Program does not operate on a term-by-term basis.
Instead, members enjoy ongoing enrolment and continuous access to lessons across the year, allowing swimmers to progress consistently without the interruption of term re-enrolments.
📅 When Does Swim School Close?Swim Bright operates for 48 weeks of the year.
The program pauses for a designated shutdown period over Christmas and New Year. Details of these closure dates will be communicated to members in advance each year.

💳 How Does Membership Work?Swim Bright members pay a fortnightly membership fee, which includes:
✅ Access to 48 weeks of swimming lessons per year
✅ Access to 52 weeks of aquatic membership
✅ Casual use of age-appropriate aquatic facilities during operational hours
This membership model provides flexibility and ongoing access to lessons and aquatic facilities throughout the year.
❄️ Can I Put My Membership on Hold?Yes. Swim Bright members receive:
✅ 4 weeks of complimentary membership freeze per calendar year
Freeze periods can be used for:
🏖️ Family holidays and extended breaks
🎄 Swim School shutdown periods
📅 Other planned absences throughout the year
Freeze Conditions
- ❄️ Up to 4 weeks of complimentary freeze each calendar year
- 📆 Freezes must be taken in minimum 7-day blocks
- ✅ No fee is charged during approved freeze periods
