Can I cancel Swim Lessons at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Swim Bright membership at any time. However, cancellations take effect at the end of your current direct debit cycle, and all fees owing during that period remain payable.

✅ How Does Membership Cancellation Work?

If you wish to stop your swimming lessons, you'll need to submit a Swim Bright Cancellation Form.

Once your cancellation request has been received:

✅ A member of our Aquatics Team will contact you 
✅ Your cancellation date will be confirmed 
✅ Your membership will be processed in line with the current direct debit cycle

⏳ Will I Need to Continue Paying?

Yes. Membership fees remain payable until the end of the applicable direct debit cycle and until the cancellation has been formally processed.

Any fees due during this period must be paid.

📝 How Do I Cancel My Membership?

To cancel your Swim Bright membership:

1. Complete and submit the Swim Bright Cancellation Form.
2. Wait for a member of the Aquatics Team to contact you and confirm the cancellation details.
3. Continue making any required payments until the cancellation has been actioned.
