What to know for your First Swimming Lesson

To help make your first Swim Bright lesson as smooth and stress-free as possible, we recommend arriving with plenty of time to check in, access the aquatic area, and meet our team.

🎟️ What Happens at My First Lesson?

Before your first lesson, you'll need to set up a membership wristband linked to your Swim Bright enrolment at reception.

Your wristband will allow you access to the aquatic facilities and can be used for future visits.

✅ Set up your membership wristband
✅ Ensure it is linked to your Swim Bright enrolment
✅ Use the wristband to access the aquatic areas

🏊 Where Do I Go Once I'm Inside?

After entering the centre and accessing the aquatic area, make your way to the Pool Hall.

One of our friendly Pool Deck Supervisors will be available to:

✅ Welcome you to the program
✅ Answer any questions you may have
✅ Direct you to the correct lane or class area
✅ Assist with any first-day enquiries

We encourage all new families to introduce themselves to a Pool Deck Supervisor before their first lesson begins.

⏰ How Early Should I Arrive?

We recommend arriving early, particularly for your first lesson, to allow time for:

✅ Parking
✅ Wristband setup
✅ Changing and getting ready
✅ Finding your lesson location

Arriving with extra time helps ensure your child is ready to begin their lesson relaxed and on time.

🅿️ Parking Information

Please note that our onsite car park has a limited number of spaces and can become very busy during peak Swim School times.

To avoid delays:

🚗 Allow extra travel time before your lesson
🅿️ Consider using surrounding street parking if the car park is full
⏰ Arrive early during peak periods to ensure a smooth start to your visit

Using nearby street parking is often the quickest option during busy lesson periods.
