Wellness Age Assessment – How to Book and What to Expect

This category provides essential information for new and existing members looking to get started at our facility. It covers induction requirements, what to expect from consultations, gym rules, and available equipment. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or want to familiarise yourself with our offerings, this is the place to begin.

The Wellness Age Assessment is a 60-minute health club consultation available exclusively to Zone 4 and Specialised Class members. It offers a holistic snapshot of your physical and cognitive health, helping you track progress, tailor your training, and stay motivated on your wellness journey.


What Is the Wellness Age Assessment?

Delivered via the Technogym Check Up unit, the assessment evaluates six key areas:

  • Body Composition
  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Balance
  • Cognitive Skills

Your results are combined into a personalised Technogym Wellness Age™, which compares your fitness profile to your biological age. This data supports long-term progress tracking and training program refinement.


What’s Included

Following your assessment, you’ll receive:

  • A comprehensive Wellness Report
  • Your Technogym Wellness Age™
  • An updated Training Program (if you’ve recently completed a Kick-Off or Program Update consultation)

Zone 4 and Specialised Class members are entitled to one Wellness Age Assessment every 3 months as part of their membership.

Not a Specialised Class member?
From 15 October, assessments will be available for purchase via the Personal Training shop in the NARC Member App.


Booking Your Assessment

Booking opens 1 September for appointments commencing the week of 15 September.

  • From 1 September: Book in person at the NARC Health Club reception desk
  • From 15 September: Book via the NARC Member App

Alternatively, speak with a member of the Health Club team and we’ll assist with your booking.


Cancelling or Rescheduling

Need to cancel or reschedule? You can do this directly via the NARC Member App. Once cancelled, simply rebook using the steps above.


Training Program Preferences

If you’d like your training program updated based on your Wellness Age results, please book a Kick-Off or Program Update consultation prior to your assessment.

If you prefer to complete the assessment without a training program, there’s no need to book a Kick-Off or Program Update beforehand.
