Can I Attend Casual Sessions at the Gym?
Yes, you are welcome to enjoy the gym on a casual basis! Here’s an overview of how it works and what you can expect.
Purchasing a Casual Pass and Pricing
To access the gym casually, you will need to purchase a casual pass, which can be obtained at the NARC customer service desk. Payment options include credit/debit card and cash.
We offer several casual access options for the NARC Health Club, including:
- Casual Gym Pass (per session): $23.00
- Casual Gym Concession (per session): $18.50
- Centre Pass (Gym & Pool Access): See customer service for pricing
A casual gym pass grants you single-entry access to the NARC Health Club, including the cardio area, weights, and functional training zones. Our gym floor is always staffed, and our friendly team is available to assist with any questions.
Please Note: Casual gym passes are not available for visitors under 18 years old and do not include access to aquatic areas or group exercise classes. For a full list of casual access options, including spa, sauna, and group fitness, please visit the "Casual Entry" tab on our website: northcoteaquaticreccentre.com.au/memberships.
What to Bring and Wear
- Towel: Please bring a towel for use during your workout. If you forget, towels are available for purchase at the reception desk or in the vending machine (starting at $3.50).
- Attire: We ask that you wear comfortable athletic clothing, including closed-toe athletic shoes.

Storage Options
For your convenience, open storage cubes are available on the gym floor to store your personal belongings while you work out. Please note that these cubes are not secured, and any items stored in them are left at your own risk.
At this time, secure lockers are not available in the gym area for casual visitors.
