The Expanded Recovery Zone at NARC is designed to help Zone 4 and Specialised Class members recover faster, feel better, and perform at their best. Whether you're winding down after a tough workout or preparing for your next session, our Compression Boots and Massage Guns offer targeted recovery support.
Equipment Overview
- Compression Boots
Enhance recovery by boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation, flushing out metabolic waste, and decreasing post-exercise soreness. - Massage Guns
Deliver deep tissue stimulation to relieve tension, improve circulation, reduce soreness, and accelerate healing post-workout.
Booking Your Recovery Session
Bookings are required to ensure fair access for all members.
- How to Book:
Use the NARC Member App and select the “Book Massage Guns & Compression Boots” icon. Follow the prompts to complete your booking.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via the NARC Member App. Once cancelled, simply rebook using the steps above.
Booking Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience for all members, please follow these guidelines:
- Session Limits
- 45-minute bookings for Compression Boots
- 30-minute bookings for Massage Guns
- One session per equipment type per day (maximum 75 minutes total)
- Equipment Collection & Return
Collect and return equipment at the Health Club reception desk. If unattended, speak with a team member on the gym floor. - Hygiene Protocols
- Wipe down equipment after use with provided antibacterial Wet Wipes
- Wear clean socks when using Compression Boots
- Equipment Issues
Report any faults or concerns to a NARC team member promptly. - Safety Considerations
If you are injured or recovering from injury, please avoid using the equipment. - Dress Code Reminder
Proper gym attire and footwear are required. Please avoid open-toed or dress shoes (e.g., thongs, sandals, crocs, formal shoes).
