Sunny’s Winter Swim Bright Challenge: Terms and Conditions

We are so excited to have you join our winter challenge! To keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone has a fair and fun experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines.

How the Challenge Works

  • The Commitment: The Sunny’s Winter Swim Bright Challenge runs for 12 consecutive weeks.

  • Earning Your Stamps: Participants receive one stamp for each scheduled Swim Bright lesson attended each week.

    • Note: You can earn a maximum of one stamp per calendar week, regardless of how many lessons you attend.

    • Each active enrollment is eligible to complete one challenge card.

  • The Milestone Rewards: We love celebrating your progress!

    • 4 Weeks: Collect a fun Sticker Pack!

    • 8 Weeks: Score a cool Silicone Wristband!

    • 12 Weeks: You’ve earned the major reward—2 weeks of FREE swimming lessons!

Attendance & Make-ups

  • Make-up Lessons: Need to reschedule? No problem! Make-up lessons count toward your weekly stamp, provided the lesson is completed within the 12-week campaign period.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel a lesson and do not complete a make-up session within the 12-week window, you will not be eligible for that week’s stamp.

    • If Swim Bright cancels a lesson due to pool closures or operational challenges, we’ve got you covered—you will still qualify for that week’s stamp!

  • Account Status: Please note that accounts must be active. If your account is frozen, suspended, or placed on hold during the campaign, you won't be eligible to receive a stamp for those affected weeks.

Important Fine Print

  • Rewards: The 2 weeks of FREE swimming lessons will be applied as a credit to your active Swim Bright enrollment. All rewards, prizes, and promotional items have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

  • Your Challenge Card: Please keep your card safe! Lost or damaged cards are the responsibility of the participant. While our friendly staff will make every reasonable effort to verify your progress, replacement stamps cannot be guaranteed.

  • Fair Play: Swim Bright reserves the right to verify attendance records when determining eligibility for rewards and to make the final decision regarding the interpretation of these terms.

  • Changes: Should unforeseen circumstances arise, Swim Bright reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion if necessary.
