🧾 Key Features of the Client Portal

To make the most of your Swim Bright membership, you'll primarily use the following sections:

πŸ“ Account Management

In the Account section, you can manage your personal details and family enrolments. Here’s what you can do:

  • πŸ’³ Update payment methods
  • 🧾 Settle outstanding payments under the Payments tab
  • 🏠 Update address or contact details
  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Add family members to manage or enrol them
  • 🎯 View each enrolee's current skill level (toggle between multiple profiles if needed)
  • 🎟️ View make-up tokens under My Purchases, including expiry dates

πŸ“… My Bookings

This section allows you to manage all upcoming swim sessions. You can:

  • βœ… Sign out of any class you’re unable to attend (up to 8 hours in advance)
  • πŸ”„ Once signed out, the class will be removed from your schedule

Public Holiday Note:

  • If one of your classes falls on a Public Holiday, it will remain in your bookings until the day before the holiday
  • βœ… You’ll receive a make-up token for missed classes on public holidays
  • πŸ“ž If you prefer to complete a make-up before the holiday, contact our team to manually sign you out and issue your token

πŸ“ Book

In the Book section, you can:

  • πŸ” Transfer your current enrolment to another available class permanently
  • 🎟️ Book a make-up class using a valid make-up token

πŸ“Œ Note: Make-up bookings are only available if the enrolee has a valid, unused make-up token on their account.
