The Client Portal is your personal hub for managing your Swim Bright enrolment with ease and flexibility. Whether you're updating details, signing out of a class, or booking a make-up lesson, the Portal puts control at your fingertips. πββοΈπ²
π§Ύ Key Features of the Client Portal
To make the most of your Swim Bright membership, you'll primarily use the following sections:
- π Account
- π My Bookings
- π Book
π Account Management
In the Account section, you can manage your personal details and family enrolments. Hereβs what you can do:
- π³ Update payment methods
- π§Ύ Settle outstanding payments under the Payments tab
- π Update address or contact details
- π¨βπ©βπ§ Add family members to manage or enrol them
- π― View each enrolee's current skill level (toggle between multiple profiles if needed)
- ποΈ View make-up tokens under My Purchases, including expiry dates
π My Bookings
This section allows you to manage all upcoming swim sessions. You can:
- β Sign out of any class youβre unable to attend (up to 8 hours in advance)
- π Once signed out, the class will be removed from your schedule
Public Holiday Note:
- If one of your classes falls on a Public Holiday, it will remain in your bookings until the day before the holiday
- β Youβll receive a make-up token for missed classes on public holidays
- π If you prefer to complete a make-up before the holiday, contact our team to manually sign you out and issue your token
π Book
In the Book section, you can:
- π Transfer your current enrolment to another available class permanently
- ποΈ Book a make-up class using a valid make-up token
π Note: Make-up bookings are only available if the enrolee has a valid, unused make-up token on their account.

- Log in regularly to stay up to date with bookings and tokens
- Always double-check your class times and teacher details in My Bookings
