1. Are Lockers Free to Use?

  • Members: Lockers are free for members.
  • Casual Patrons: Lockers are available for a fee of $3, which covers 3 hours of use.

2. What Sizes Are Available?

  • Casual-Use Lockers: Medium-sized, suitable for backpacks or similar items.
  • Member-Only Lockers: Located near the gym and other areas, including smaller lockers ideal for storing phones, wallets, and keys.

3. Where Can I Access the Lockers?

  • Casual Lockers:
    Located on the right-hand side as you walk through the aquatic entry.
  • Member Lockers:
    • Aquatic Area: To the left-hand side as you enter the aquatic entry.
    • Additional Member Lockers:
      • Family Change Space: On the back wall.
      • Group Change Rooms: Inside the aquatic hall.
      • Dry Side Facilities:
        • Upstairs: Between the Gym and the change rooms.
        • Downstairs: Towards the main program room.

4. How Do the Lockers Operate?

  • Member Lockers:
    Accessed via your member wristband.
  • Casual Lockers:
    1. Choose the ‘Casual Locker’ option on the touch screen.
    2. Select your locker number.
    3. Set a 4-digit PIN code.
    4. Tap your credit or debit card on the reader to secure your locker.

5. Is There a Time Limit on Locker Use?

  • Member Lockers: No time limit.
  • Casual Lockers: Limited to 3 hours.

6. Are There Changing Facilities Nearby?

Yes, our changing rooms are equipped with:

  • Benches
  • Hooks

These are conveniently located near the locker areas for ease of use.


7. Are There Any Rules for Locker Use?

To ensure lockers operate smoothly:

  • Avoid over-filling lockers, as this may cause the locking mechanism to jam.
