How to cancel group fitness class bookings at NARC

Cancelling your group fitness class booking at NARC is easy and can be done online, in person, or over the phone/email up to 15 minutes before the class begins.

Cancellation Process

Members can cancel their bookings through the following methods:

  1. Technogym Mobile App

    • Sign in to the app and follow the same steps as booking a class. However, instead of booking, select Cancel Booking and follow the prompts.

    • You can also cancel your booking by calling us at (03) 9088 4600 and speaking with a Customer Service Team member.
    • If it’s after hours, simply send us an email at info@northcoteaquaticreccentre.com.au.

Can I Still Cancel a Class Online Within the 15-Minute Window?

Yes, you can still cancel within the 15-minute window, but please note that a $5 late cancellation fee will apply due to the short notice.

Missed Classes and Late Cancellations

  • Late Cancellations occur when a class is cancelled within 1 hour or less before the class starts. A $5.00 fee applies.
  • Missed Classes occur when a member does not attend a booked class. A $5.00 fee will be charged.

Because of the high demand for our classes, missed classes or late cancellations take away the opportunity for other members to attend. We encourage you to cancel your class booking well in advance to ensure others have the chance to take your spot and to avoid penalty fees.

Extenuating Circumstances

If your missed class or late cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, please reach out to our Customer Service Team. We are open to discussing the situation, and we may waive the fee based on your circumstances as a gesture of goodwill.
