How can I sign out of an LTS class and book a make-up?

This category outlines the policies around swimming lesson breaks, including planned breaks and how they might affect your child’s swim schedule. It ensures that members are informed about the timing and procedures for taking breaks from lessons.

Signing Out of a Class:

To sign out of a single class, you have up to 8 hours before the class begins to do so through the Client Portal and receive a make-up token. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal and navigate to the "My Bookings" section.
  2. Manage the bookings for the class you are unable to attend.

3. The participant enrolled in the class will be displayed. Click "Cancel Booking."

Please Note: All make-up tokens are valid for 28 days from the day you sign out of the class. These tokens cannot be extended. 

If it is within 8 hours of the class, our Aquatics team can assist in signing you out up to 2 hours before the class starts. However, if you miss this window, you will not receive a make-up token for the missed class. 

Booking a Make-Up Class:

To book a make-up class in your Client Portal:

  1. Select the "Book" section ☑.
  2. All Learn to Swim classes are located under the "Courses" heading. 🏊
  3. Toggle from "Courses" to "Single/Make-Up Lesson" to view all available single classes. 🌞
  4. When you find a class that suits your schedule, click "Enroll Now."

Important Notes:

  • Classes will only appear 1 week in advance.
  • You will not be able to book a make-up lesson if your make-up token has expired or if there are none available on your account.
