Signing Out of a Class:
To sign out of a single class, you have up to 8 hours before the class begins to do so through the Client Portal and receive a make-up token. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Client Portal and navigate to the "My Bookings" section.
- Manage the bookings for the class you are unable to attend.
3. The participant enrolled in the class will be displayed. Click "Cancel Booking."
Please Note: All make-up tokens are valid for 28 days from the day you sign out of the class. These tokens cannot be extended.
If it is within 8 hours of the class, our Aquatics team can assist in signing you out up to 2 hours before the class starts. However, if you miss this window, you will not receive a make-up token for the missed class.
Booking a Make-Up Class:
To book a make-up class in your Client Portal:
- Select the "Book" section ☑.
- All Learn to Swim classes are located under the "Courses" heading. 🏊
- Toggle from "Courses" to "Single/Make-Up Lesson" to view all available single classes. 🌞
- When you find a class that suits your schedule, click "Enroll Now."
Important Notes:
- Classes will only appear 1 week in advance.
- You will not be able to book a make-up lesson if your make-up token has expired or if there are none available on your account.
