Cancellation policy for learn to swim accounts *updated 4.6.25*

This category outlines the policies around swimming lesson breaks, including planned breaks and how they might affect your child’s swim schedule. It ensures that members are informed about the timing and procedures for taking breaks from lessons.

To initiate the cancellation process, you may submit your notice through one of the following methods:

  1. Online: Complete the cancellation form on our website.
  2. In Person: Visit us at the centre and complete a Cancellation Form with a member of our Member Services team.

To proceed with your cancellation, please complete our: 👉 Swim Bright Cancellation Form

Important Notes:

  • Once your membership is cancelled before the next direct debit cycle, there will be no further charges associated with the account.
  • Please be aware that freeze requests are not permitted during the cancellation period, so plan accordingly.
  • All outstanding balances must be settled before your cancellation request can be processed. Please ensure that any overdue payments are cleared.

Special Considerations:

  • Cancellations due to non-attendance can be waived if the non-attendance period exceeds 28 days.
  • If you provide a Medical Certificate indicating an illness or injury lasting longer than 6 weeks, an immediate cancellation can be applied.

What Happens Next?

Once your cancellation form is received, a member of our Aquatics team will confirm the details of your cancellation, including final payment dates and any other relevant information. We aim to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
