Updated Article: Membership Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Memberships will now end on the Wednesday before the next direct debit date following a cancellation request. This updated policy applies to all Membership Types, including Learn to Swim accounts.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may register your request by:
- Completing a cancellation form online 🖥️
- Visiting us in person and completing a Cancellation Form with a member of our Member Services team 🏢

📝 Important Notes:
- Membership Commitment Period: All memberships include a 28-day minimum commitment. Cancellations requested during this period will take effect at the end of the commitment period.
- Final Membership Access: Your membership will remain active until the Wednesday before the next direct debit date or the end of your 28-day commitment period, whichever applies.
- Outstanding Balances: Any overdue payments must be resolved before a cancellation request can be processed.
- Freeze Requests: Freeze requests are not allowed during the cancellation period, so please plan accordingly.
- Medical Cancellations: For medical-related cancellations, please contact our Member Services team. We will explore special considerations or early terminations based on your circumstances.

- A member of our customer service team will contact you to confirm your cancellation details, including the final membership access date and any payment information.
