This guide will help you through the process of managing your NARC account online, enabling you to update personal information, manage bookings, check membership status, and access other relevant services easily.
1. Accessing Your Account Online
- Step 1: Open your preferred web browser and visit the Northcote Aquatic Recreation Centre website: https://northcoteaquaticreccentre.com.au/
- Step 2: Click on the "Join/Login" button located at the top-right corner of the homepage.
- Step 3: Enter your registered email address and password in the login fields.
- Step 4: If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts to reset it.
- Step 5: Once logged in, you will be directed to your account dashboard
Tips:
- Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your NARC membership.
- For a seamless experience, ensure your web browser is up to date.
2. Updating Personal Information
- Step 1: After logging in, navigate to the "Edit profile" section in your dashboard.
- Step 2: Click on any field to edit details like your name, contact details, emergency contact, and medical conditions.
- Step 3: Update the necessary information and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page to ensure your details are current.
Important Notes:
- Keeping your contact information up to date ensures you receive important service updates and notifications from NARC.
- You have the option to opt out of marketing emails.
- Your personal information is protected and managed securely under our privacy policy.
3. Managing Bookings
- Step 1: In your account dashboard, select the "My Bookings" tab.
- Step 2: Here, you can view all your current and upcoming bookings.
- Step 3: To cancel a booking, click on the specific booking and choose "Cancel." Follow the prompts to complete your changes.
- Step 4: To book a new class, click on the "Book" tab, find a class you’d like to attend, and click on “Book now” the follow the prompts to secure your spot.
Tips:
- Always check your bookings at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any last-minute changes or cancellations. ⏰
- Familiarise yourself with NARC's booking and cancellation policies, available on the website.
4. Checking Membership Status
- Step 1: From your account dashboard, click on the "Contract details" tab.
- Step 2: Here, you can view your current membership status, including the type of membership, start date, and next payment date.
- Step 3: If you do not have an active contract, you can follow the on-screen prompts by clicking on “Add contract” then following the membership set up prompts.
5. Update your Payment Settings 💳
- Step 1: In your dashboard, navigate to the "Payment settings" tab.
- Step 2: Here, you can view your current payment method or add a new payment method.
- Step 3: To add a new payment method, click on “Add new payment method” then follow the prompts.
