Dear Member,

As part of NARC’s annual fees review, which takes place each year in line with Council’s broader financial planning process, we’d like to let you know about the updated fees and charges for the 2025/2026 financial year.

From Friday, 30 May, signage will be displayed throughout the centre with a QR code linking directly to the updated pricing. You can also view the information online here:

What’s changing?
The new pricing applies to the following areas:

  • Casual entry fees
  • Membership rates
  • Ancillary services and programs (including swimming lessons, childcare, and other paid programs)

If you currently participate in any of these areas, we recommend reviewing the updated pricing to see how it may affect you.

Key dates and details:

  • The new fees will take effect from 1 July 2025
  • Your first direct debit under the new pricing will be processed on Thursday, 10 July 2025
  • If there are any further changes to these updates, we will notify you ahead of time

We understand that pricing updates can impact individual circumstances. If you choose not to continue your membership under the new pricing, there is an opt-out period available until Wednesday, 9 July 2025. You’re welcome to cancel your membership using our simple online form at any time during this period.
