Adding a family member to your account

This category is designed for new and prospective members, offering step-by-step guides on joining and adding family members to accounts. It simplifies the sign-up process and ensures members know how to include family members to enjoy the benefits of a shared membership.

Adding a Family Member 

Members and guests have the option to add (link) friends, partners, or family members to their account. This feature allows you to create links for both guest accounts and membership accounts, providing a convenient way to manage multiple accounts under a parent account. Additionally, linked accounts can be connected to the parent account's billing details, streamlining payments for the whole family. 

Setting Up a Family Member Account

Step 1: In the member portal, go to the "Friends and Family" tab.
Step 2: Click on the "Add Family Member" button. ➕
Step 3: Follow the prompts to enter the new family member's information and link their account.

Editing Your Family Member's Profile

Step 1: In the member portal, go to the "Edit Profile" tab.
Step 2: Update your family member’s personal details, then click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page to ensure their information is current.
