Ignite (Beginner)

Prerequisites: Able to swim 500m–1000m in 45 mins; comfortable with basic strokes.
What to expect: Focus on stroke mechanics, breathing, and body position at an approachable intensity.
Elevate (Intermediate)
The Focus: Efficiency and aerobic conditioning.
Prerequisites: Proficient in Freestyle + one other stroke; able to cover 1.5km–2km in 60 mins.
What to expect: Structured interval training, pace awareness, and advanced technical drills.
Apex (Advanced)
The Focus: High-performance and peak conditioning.
Prerequisites: Proficient in 3+ strokes; able to maintain pace over 2.5km+ in 75 mins.

All sessions must be booked via our online platform. You can see the real-time attendance count there to ensure you have a spot.
What equipment do I need?
A swim cap and goggles are essential. Training equipment (fins, boards, etc.) can be provided upon request during the session.
How long does it take to move up?
There is no pressure to move up. We offer total flexibility, and you are welcome to attend lower-intensity levels (Ignite or Elevate) if you need a lighter session.
