Northcote Aquatic Recreation Centre (NARC) Retail Return Policy

Applies to: All retail items purchased at Northcote Aquatic Recreation Centre (NARC)

We want you to be happy with your purchase from NARC. If you need to return or exchange a retail item, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if your item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, sale conditions, or damage reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” (including all sale or clearance items).
  • Items that have been damaged due to use, misuse, or general wear and tear.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment:

  • EFTPOS or credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card.
  • Cash purchases will be refunded in cash where possible.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by payment provider.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We are committed to providing quality products. If you believe an item is faulty, please visit our team at the front desk for an assessment.

  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major manufacturing fault.

  • Please provide your proof of purchase and the faulty item so we can resolve the issue for you.
