The program uses Technogym’s advanced Skill Line equipment, including the SkillMill, SkillBike, and SkillRow to enhance performance across all four pillars. With real-time heart rate monitoring (bring your own monitor), SkillX ensures you're training at the optimal intensity in every session.
Suitable for All Skill Levels
Not an athlete? No worries! SkillX provides a supportive environment for everyone, regardless of experience. Our qualified instructors scale the workout intensity and movement complexity to meet individual needs. Class sizes are limited to 12 participants for close supervision and hands-on coaching.
