If you are new to our program or centre, please create an account with us to view our available classes. If you already have an account, you can skip to the enrolment steps below.
How to create an account:
Our Client Portal is where members can manage their accounts and view contract details. To enrol a participant in our Swim Bright Program, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit our Client Portal to create an account.
Step 2: Begin your journey by clicking "Start Here".
Step 3: When selecting the service option, choose "Create Account" for Learn to Swim registration.
Step 4: Fill in all the required information as the Parent/Legal Guardian of the participant you are enrolling. If you are your own legal guardian, please provide your information. 📁
Step 5: Once you’ve completed the form, you will be directed back to the Client Portal, where you can link any children you wish to enrol to your new account.
Adding children to your account:
- Have only one child? Simply return to the "Family" section, which shows all linked members of your profile.
- Have more children? Add a new child and repeat the process with the second child's information.
Enrolment Time!
Now that you’ve created the accounts and determined the appropriate swim level, you can explore available class options:
Step 1: Select the sub-heading "Book".
Step 2: Navigate to the "Courses" section, where all Learn to Swim classes are listed.
Step 3: Use the filters to view classes by level and preferred days. The Client Portal displays real-time availability, so what you see is what's currently open; however, availability can change quickly as participants move within the program.
Step 4: When you find a suitable class, click "Enrol Now."
Important Notes:
- If you have multiple members linked to your account, ensure you select the correct person to enroll in the specific class.
- To confirm that your enrolment was successful, visit the "My Bookings" section. All recurring bookings for the class will be visible there.
- Payment details must be attached to your account to secure your enrolment. If no payment details are provided within a 2-hour window, the enrolment will automatically be cancelled.
- You can cancel individual class bookings via the "My Bookings" tab with more than 8 hours' notice.
